Thanks John I like your philosphy. We have been working very hard this year after undergoing a Review so have had a great emphasis on multiple intellegences, De Bono Hats Ryans/Pohls Keys etc. Our focus like many school that we were told we neede to work on was motivating and engaging students. As a result we are a part of a program Cotemporqay learning which consentrates on relevant up to date curriculum ...like using computers /web 2 tools. Thus the reason for Jenny and I trying to assist teachers to come on board through using ICT
I am a former primary school teacher specialising in ICT and music. I have also taught IT as a sessional lecturer for Pilbara TAFE and lectured in B.Ed for Curtin University's Centre for Remote and Rural Education. I am currently working as a Senior Project Officer Infrastructure and Economic Development for the Pilbara Development Commission. Within this new role I have continued my interest in education though project work in two of our regional high schools updating their video conferencing equipment and fostering development of an online learning website.

Great work John a very nice way to get a comprehensive but concise explanation of your philosophy.
I think the voice adds a real personal touch to what is an approach grounded in very serious thinking and your own research.
I was wondering how this approach influenced or perhaps was developed by what you designed in relation to video conferencing.
Podcast very clear. I very much agree with your philosophy.
Thanks John
